Speaker¡¯s registration :
All registered speakers and chairmen must confirm their presence at the on-site registration desk upon arrival
    Operating hours of the registration desk will be:
    Wednesday, October 25, 2006 14:00-18:00 (Venue: Interburgo Hotel)
    Thursday, October 26, 2006 08:00-17:30 (Venue: Daegu Convention Center)
 
    Friday, October 27, 2006 08:00-17:30 (Venue: Daegu Convention Center)

Presentation time :
Fifteen minutes will be given to each oral presentation: preferably thirteen minutes for the presentation and two minutes for questions and answers.

Available audio visual equipments :
LCD Projectors and computers

Preparation of the presentation materials :
1. For computer presentation, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader can be used for the presentation. Mac system will not be available. Please bring your presentation file stored in a standard media (3.5¡± floppy, USB or CD). Your own computer is not to be directly connected to the LCD projectors.
2. If your presentation file includes any motion picture, please prepare the video data in AVI format and make sure if it runs all right before your session begins.

Preview Room :
The preview room will be open for all speakers and chairmen in Room 316 on the3rd Floor, EXCO. All speakers are asked to stop by the preview room at least 6 hours ahead of their sessions (or on the previous day) with their presentation materials and bio-note.

1. Please bring presentation materials (presentation files) with you to the preview room, and check whether they are compatible with the equipment. Technicians will assist you.
2. Computers with MS WinXP (Win98 & Win2000 are acceptable) and 256 MB RAM and LCD projectors will be prepared in the preview room.
3. Please bring your disk (3.5¡± floppy, USB or CD) or your own laptop computer to the preview room and upload your file to the appointed folder in one of the prepared computers. And then open your file and make sure whether it displays properly on the computer monitor. If you have a trouble in viewing your file, please report to our staff.
4. Please fill out the bio-note and leave it in the preview room.

Chair/Speaker Meeting :
Please meet your session chair and co-chairs before your session starts. The speakers and session chairs are kindly advised to meet each other in the preview room 20 minutes ahead of their sessions (It can be during lunch break or coffee break). Please do not forget to attend this meeting.

At the session room :
1. In case of presentation using a computer, please do not bring your own laptop to the session room, because your file has been already uploaded to the computer in the session room.
2. You are kindly asked to keep your presentation time strictly.
3. The chairmen will be seated on the stage. Each speaker will be called onto the stage to present his (or her) paper. There will be a reserved area for the speakers in the first row.

Speakers Bio-note :
This form will be collected by your session chair and used for your introduction in the Academic Session. Please complete this form and return it to the ISAIA Secretariat via e-mail. Or, please submit it to the staff in the preview room at least 6 hours (or on the previous day) before your session starts.
